I was put in a situation to advise some folks (directly and indirectly) regarding some sexual harrasment at a nursing home in the state of florida
the harrasment however it turns out is the least of the problems
two patients both sharing the same room, both in a triple lock down area have had the same complaints regarding staff members touching them in certain areas.
but since this is a demensia unit that isn't enough for the state of florida to go investigate
once again the state of florida is proving we have a legal system, not a justice system
